7/16" SAE fine thread and 1½" long. The non-threaded portion located just below the hex bolt head is 9/16" in diameter - Black Zinc. Includes 1 piece. Will only fit the shoulder anchor point position for 3 Point passenger car seat belts. Also, NOT for use for racing seat belts / harnesses.

Seat belts worked out just fine in my 1965 Chevy truck, would be nice if they came with shoulder bolt.
